Shipping Policy
Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email. If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped on the same business day if placed before 12:00 pm EST, or the following business day if ordered after 12:00 pm EST. Please note, certain products not in stock may require 7-10 business days for processing. Once processed, your parcel will be dispatched. Please be aware that some orders are automatically processed, limiting our ability to make changes, though we strive to accommodate requests.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
For US orders, we offer two shipping options, with costs determined by weight and location:
- USPS Ground Advantage: Orders placed before 12 PM EST will arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST require an additional business day for processing.
- USPS Priority Mail: Orders placed before 12 PM EST will arrive within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST require an additional business day for processing.
Please note that these timeframes apply to US Mainland only, and priority services do not cover PO Boxes.
We also offer local pick-up at Salons by JC in Plantation, FL. Simply select the pick-up option at checkout to pickup your order within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
In the event of tracking number or delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. Allow 1-4 days for tracking information to update. In rare cases, tracking does not update but your order still arrives within the estimated delivery time.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We are not responsible for packages not delivered within guaranteed shipping times, and cannot be held liable for carrier guarantees.
- All shipments include a tracking number. If tracking confirms delivery to your address but you haven't received the order, contact the carrier for investigation.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded if the carrier fails to meet guaranteed shipping times.
- We cannot be held accountable for packages marked as delivered but not received at your order address.
