Exchange Policy
We are more than willing to facilitate exchanges for hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. You may exchange your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided they remain unopened and undisturbed in the original packaging. Our extensions are sealed with a special security seal to indicate if they've been tampered with or installed. Please ensure that any extensions being exchanged have not been colored or exposed to heat.
It's important to note that exchanges can only be made for items of equivalent or higher value in Hair By Sashelle hair extensions. If you wish to exchange your order for an item of higher value, you will be invoiced for the balance due. The exchange will be processed once the balance is settled, and the extensions/products are returned and in our possession. Please be aware that any new shipping charges incurred due to a return or exchange will not be covered by 'Hair By Sashelle.'
To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your first and last name, order number, and reason for requesting an exchange. Orders returned without prior exchange request will not be eligible for a refund.
"Why are Hair By Sashelle extensions non-exchangeable if opened?"
Human hair extensions are considered hygienic products, and we prioritize the safety and well-being of all our clients. Therefore, opened items cannot be returned for exchange. This policy is in line with industry standards, as other hair extension suppliers also refrain from accepting opened items due to hygiene and safety concerns.
